1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the website and the game Ajax Shieldcart (the "Service"), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Service is a free browser-based arcade game created for entertainment. The game rules are described on the Rules page.
3. Virtual Points
Points in the game are virtual. They have no monetary value, are not currency, and cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or withdrawn. The Service is not a gambling product and does not involve winnings, prizes or bets.
4. Player Profile
A player profile is created locally in your browser. You choose a nickname that must not infringe third-party rights, contain insults, others' personal data or advertising. We may request a nickname change if it violates these terms. Because the profile is stored only on your device, it cannot be recovered after clearing browser data.
5. Code of Conduct
The following is prohibited:
- using bots, auto-clickers, scripts and other automation tools;
- modifying, decompiling or circumventing the Service's code, or exploiting vulnerabilities;
- interfering with the Service or creating excessive load;
- using the Service for illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The design, code, graphics, sounds and text of the Service belong to the developer or are used under lawful licence. Copying and distribution without permission is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee the absence of errors, bugs or uninterrupted availability. Results and records are stored on the user's device and may be lost.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older. Minors use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.
